1. This site does not track you

The FDRC website places no cookies, uses no analytics tools and transmits no data to advertising third parties. You can browse it without leaving a trace with us.

Two technical exceptions, common to any website: fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider keeps technical connection logs for security purposes.

2. The information we collect

FDRC collects personal information only when you provide it voluntarily:

  • Membership form — hosted on Google Forms: name, contact details and information needed to process your request.
  • Email and phone — the content you choose to send us.
  • WhatsApp group — your number becomes visible to other group members, as the application works by design.

3. What we use it for

Your information is used solely to manage your membership, for the organization's internal communications, to provide the support you request and to meet our legal obligations. It is never sold, rented or traded.

4. Who has access

Only FDRC officers designated for this purpose have access to members' personal information, strictly to the extent required by their duties. They are bound to confidentiality by article 12 of the charter.

FDRC discloses no information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

5. Retention

Information is kept for the duration of your membership, then for the period required to meet our obligations. After that, it is destroyed or anonymized.

6. Your rights

In accordance with applicable Québec and Canadian privacy legislation, you may at any time:

  • access the information we hold about you;
  • request its correction if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • withdraw your consent and request the removal of your information;
  • file a complaint with the competent authority if you believe your rights have been infringed.

7. Person in charge of personal information protection

The founding president of FDRC holds this responsibility. For any request concerning your personal information:

Thierry Serge Fotso
Founding president, Forces Dynamiques RPN Canada
president@forcesdynamiques.com · 514 663-4447
Montréal, Québec, Canada

We respond to requests within a reasonable time, and no later than 30 days after receiving them.

8. Third-party services

The membership form (Google Forms), the discussion group (WhatsApp) and the RPN website are operated by separate organizations, subject to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

9. Changes

This policy may be amended to reflect changes in our practices or in the legal framework. The last update date appears at the top of this page.
