Joining FDRC means becoming part of a network that acts — and agreeing to play your part in it.
Membership is open to any adult who shares the values of our charter. It presupposes a real commitment: FDRC is not looking for names on a list, but for people who show up.

FDRC is a volunteer movement. Any financial terms are set by the general by-laws and communicated to members before joining. For any specific question, write to us.
Active RPN membership is an essential condition of belonging to FDRC. If you are not yet a member, we will guide you through it — that is one of our very reasons for existing.
Any adult who shares the values set out in our charter and undertakes to uphold them, regardless of origin, occupation or time spent in Canada.
